Since we also design, build and refurbish bespoke pools, we have the necessary credentials and experience to look after any type of pool and spa regardless of plant technology and size.

And that you would like to use your pool whenever you wish without concerns about temperature, clarity, ph levels etc, etc. Since we want to make your life easier the perfect solution is to allow us to look after your pool ensuring it is in tip top condition at all times. It is comforting for you to know exactly who will be visiting your property and a dedicated engineer can get to know your pool meaning that when something out of the ordinary occurs with the water or plant, it can be fixed efficiently so that you can enjoy your pool again without delay.

All our engineers train to the standards of the Institute of Swimming Pool Engineers and according to the CITB CSCS scheme. Security, discretion and confidentiality are important parts of their job specification.

As part of our service we keep our clients informed of the latest news of developments in pool products and technology, including any special or seasonal offers, via newsletters and other communication.

Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly or Holiday Maintenance Visits

How often we service your pool and/or spa depends on if it is located indoors or outdoors, its size and how often it is used. "Little and often" is however the key to the longevity of your pool and spa as well as your enjoyment. Please call us for a free survey during which we can discuss your special requirements. We will then design a tailor-made programme which can be adapted to suit your schedule and your pool’s and spa’s needs as necessary. We can also keep an eye on things when you are away on holiday.

Call-out Service and Emergency visits

We know how worrying it can be when something suddenly goes wrong with your pool or spa. If you are intending to enjoy it for a party or planned fitness session then a leak or big temperature change could ruin the whole occasion. Depending on our engineers' schedules on any given day, we will endeavour to have a look at your pool or spa as soon as possible, and in most cases we will visit within 24 hours. Spring Opening and Winter Shutdown and One-offs

You do not have to be a regular customer of ours to request these services for your swimming pool, we are happy to assist when needed. In the main these procedures entail a thorough deep clean of the pool, addition of certain chemicals and inspection of the plant, but please give us a ring if you wish to find out exactly what is involved when we prepare a pool for the summer and close it for the colder months.

Swimming Pool Covers and Coping Stones & Patios

In addition to acid washing and re-grouting pool mosaic tiles, we provide cleaning of pool covers and surrounds with the most efficient methods available. Automatic covers should be serviced once a year to work well and be safe.

Servicing of Plant and Sand Filter Changes

Our services include repairing and servicing gas and oil boilers, heat pumps, de-humidifiers, air-handling units etc. It is essential that all of these appliances are serviced on an annual basis and that all pool technology components are kept in good condition to ensure the smooth running of the pool and to avoid unnecessary faults and premature replacement of parts which can prove costly.

Our heating and electrical subcontractors are fully qualified either GASSAFE or PART P. They are experienced in working on Teledyne Laars, Hayward , Purex and Certikin oil and gas heaters and the Genie condensing gas boiler as well as Potterton and Valliant gas boilers.

Airhandling units which our engineers are familiar with include the range from Heatstar, Calorex, Climatec and others as well as de-humidifiers such as like Vaporex.

We also carry out sand changes of pool filters all year round and this is something that should be done at least every 5 years to maintain the required water quality. If you are a regular customer we will remind you to put this in place when necessary.

Swimming Pool and Spa Chemicals

We supply all the chemicals you require, such as chlorine tablets and granules, algicide, "shock", ph increaser and ph & alkalinity reducer as well as test strips. We are the appointed main distributor for Fi-clor in London, stocking the complete range of chemicals in our showroom in SW18.

You can place an order via telephone or email and we can deliver the products to your property depending on quantities and where you live.

We provide secure electronic billing via SAGE Pay if preferable to paper invoicing and cheque payments.
