Warranties provided

Before we begin a project, we provide clients and project partners with our Health & Safety Policy, Risk Assessment, Method Statement and Insurance Synopsis. The following warranties are provided from the date of practical completion:

• Pool and spa structures: ten-year warranty
• Tanking out/internal finishes: three-year warranty
• Installed pipework: one-year warranty
• Electrical/mechanical plant: the warranty will vary according to the manufacturers’ definitions but will be a minimum of one year
