Swimming Pool Servicing
Whether your swimming pool or spa is brand new or has been established for years, it will benefit enormously from regular professional swimming pool servicing, keeping the water in pristine condition and protecting its longevity. The better the service record, the longer your pool or spa will sparkle and give you years of pleasure.
Servicing involves monitoring the chemicals in the water to ensure that they are at the required healthy level, general cleaning of the pool (eg brushing and vacuuming), washing and re-grouting mosaic tiles, checking the performance of filters and pumps, and periodically cleaning pool covers and surrounding areas.
One of our engineers will visit your home to determine your service requirements and provide an estimate. The engineer will advise you whether your pool or spa should be serviced weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on whether it is located indoors or outdoors, its size and how often it is used. The engineer will then create a bespoke programme to suit your schedule and your pool/spa needs throughout the year, including when you are on holiday or away on business.
We supply all of the Pool Chemicals
When you commission us to care for your pool, we supply all the chemicals including chlorine tablets and granules, algaecide, ‘shock’, ph increaser, ph and alkalinity rescuer and test strips. We are distributors for the major chemical suppliers including Fi-clor and BAYROL and hold comprehensive stocks, ensuring that everything you need is readily available. Emergency Pool Service
We know how worrying and disruptive to social engagements it can be if something suddenly goes wrong with your pool or spa. For such incidents, we provide an emergency service for pool and spa owners in London and the Home Counties, whether you have a regular service agreement with us or not. You can rely on us to send an engineer to your property within 24 hours (except on public holidays). If you have a pool problem or an emergency, please call our rapid response team on 020 8605 1255. Should your incident occur out of business hours or at the weekend, please use the same telephone number and you will hear a recorded message telling you what to do next. Once we have taken details of the problem, our engineer will spring into action to get your pool back to normal.
Opening and shutdown
Many swimming pool owners call on us to open their pool for spring and close it again for the winter. These services involve a thorough deep clean of the pool, the addition of certain chemicals and inspection of the plant. You can use these services even if you are not a regular service client – simply call us to book in.

Swimming pool maintenance
We repair and maintain pool and spa filters, pumps, heaters and controls to ensure optimum performance. Over time, plantroom equipment experiences wear and tear and will need to be replaced with new parts or with more technologically advanced products that come onto the market. We can advise you on the best products and solutions for your plantroom and then carry out the upgrade to ensure that you benefit from the most energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly products.
Our maintenance team repairs and services gas and oil boilers, heat pumps, de-humidifiers, air handling units. It's essential that all of these appliances are serviced on an annual basis and that all pool technology components are kept in good condition to ensure the smooth running of the pool and to avoid unnecessary faults and premature replacement of parts as that can prove costly. Our heating and electrical contractors are fully qualified to GASSAFE or NICEIC and are experienced in working on all swimming pool/spa oil and gas boilers, as well as all domestic gas boilers. They are also experienced in working with air handling and dehumidifier units from Calorex, Climatec, Recotherm and Menerga.
Supply and fitment of Filters
We can also carry out changes to filter media. If you have a sand filter, the sand should be changed every three to five years to maintain the required water quality. Many of our clients have switched from Sand Filtration to Activated Filter Media (AFM), a highly-engineered product made from a specific glass type, which is processed to obtain the optimum particle size and shape. The activated surface of AFM is self-sterilising which prevents bacteria mud-balling, coagulation and any channelling of unfiltered water through the filter bed. This superior product doubles the performance of sand filters without the need for any additional investment in infrastructure.
