Contracts Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Contracts Manager to undertake the following:

Roles  and  Responsibilities

  • Manage  new  build  and  refurbishment  contracts  on  a  day  to  day  basis  and report  to  the  Project Director
  • Ensure  projects  are  completed  to  the  very  highest  standard
  • Manage  sub-contractors  and  directly  employed  staff  on  projects
  • Purchase  equipment
  • Effectively  managing  the  budget  for  each  project
  • Attend  site  meetings

Skills  and  Experience

  • Proven  experience  in  the  pool  industry  preferable
  • Extensive  knowledge  of  the  construction  industry
  • High  attention  to  detail
  • Ability  to  read  construction  drawings
  • Computer  literate
  • Ability  to  use  MS  Project  software

Sales Manager for London’s Premier Luxury Pool Company

This is an exciting opportunity to join market-leading London Swimming Pool Company, a luxury pool design and construction company with a 30-year track record and a remarkable 50 pool and spa design awards.

Working with architects, designers and main contractors, London Swimming Pool Company specialises in providing high-end pools and spas to private and commercial clients, as well as  pool & spa refurbishment as well as servicing and maintenance. 

We work with clients in London and the Home Counties from our office in New Malden, where you will be a much-valued part of a dedicated team of professionals who work hard to exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all sales enquiries and referrals
  • Tracking and progressing all sales enquiries promptly and efficiently
  • Meeting with prospective clients
  • Nurturing and building relationships with prospective clients and referrers
  • Developing original proposals, quotes and tender documentation to suit each client
  • Working closely with management teams across different departments
  • Working closely with architects, designers and end-users
  • Liaising with sub-contractors on all matters relating to tenders and contracts
  • Ensuring that quotes meet compliance and specification requirements

 

Candidate Attributes:

  • Pool and spa sales experience is essential
  • Organised, self-motivated and with a keen eye for detail
  • Tenacity and a positive, goal-oriented attitude to the role
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel throughout London/Home Counties and occasionally further afield as required
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Excellent communication skills

Swimming Pool Plantroom Installer

We are looking for an experienced pool plantroom installer. You will have the necessary qualifications and technical skills.  You will be ambitious and want to deliver first-class work. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Installation of all first stage fittings and 1st fix pipework
  • Installation of all pool surround pipework
  • Installation of all 2nd fix pipework in plantroom
  • Installation of all pumps and filtration equipment
  • Installation of all water treatment equipment including, Ozone, Ultra Violet, Chemical dosing units
  • Installation of AHU equipment - plumbing only
  • Pressure testing and signing off installation

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience of all aspects of swimming pool/spa construction industry preferable
  • An eye for detail and a determination to achieve the highest standards
  • Proficient in reading and understanding technical drawings ISPE Technician qualification would be preferred but not essential
  • CSCS Accreditation will be required as a minimum
  • Electrical qualifications would be an advantage
