The controller of personal data is London Swimming Pool Company which is responsible for your personal data under the relevant data protection law. The company contact details are: Unit 1, Shannon Commercial Centre, Beverley Way, New Malden, Surrey, KT3 4PT. All London Swimming Pool Companies are hereafter referred to as LSPC.
The data is held by LSPC, stored electronically on our secure computer system and for the purposes of marketing, only emails are held on a secure email marketing platform.
Access to your data
Your personal data is accessed only by authorised LSPC personnel. The marketing data (emails only) are accessed by our authorised marketing agent who is responsible for the release of electronic newsletters which are delivered to you. At no time do we pass on, sell, share or swap your data with third party organisations.
Collection of personal data and use of personal data
We collect personal data when you provide this information in relation to an enquiry submitted to LSPC or you become a client or business associate and enter into a contract with the company. Personal data is collected in the following ways:

You can also stop receiving our electronic newsletters by selecting the unsubscribe option at the bottom of the newsletter and your email address will instantly be removed.

In the case of marketing emails, you have the ability to automatically remove yourself from the database by selecting the unsubscribe option at the bottom of the email. Your details will be removed instantly.

You can ask for your personal data to be rectified should any of the information we hold be inaccurate.
